Spaces at this retreat are limited. This is how I am able to ensure the best experience possible. As such, once you commit and request a spot, we commit that spot to you - it's no longer available to anyone else.
For that reason no cash refunds are offered if you change your mind.
If due to completely unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances - such as a medical or family emergency, you cannot attend, please let us know and we'll happily work with you to apply your investment to a future retreat or coaching program, or to transfer it to someone else who isn't already registered and that is a fit for the retreat. (we reserve the right to decline a suggested transfer if they are not a fit)
We however reserve the right to cancel the retreat if we do not meet our minimums or there is an unforseen event (climate or otherwise) that in our opinion would impact the comfort and safety of our guests. If we do, in that case we will give you the choice to either attend a different event, or a refund. The choice is yours.
We also reserve the right to determine if someone is not a good fit for this retreat. In that case all monies will also be refunded in full.
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended as we will not be responsible for any losses incurred in travel costs due to an event cancellation.

Two 30-minute private sessions with Nafissa - 1 before & 1 after.
Three and half days of facilitation, Equine activities & post retreat mastermind

Welcome evening appetizers and refreshments on Day 1
Day Time Food during Days 2-4. Including Breakfast, Snacks, And Lunch.
Coffee, Tea, Refreshments and Snacks (you can even make a latte!)
Informal Dinner on Day 4 to conclude the event
Shuttle Pick Up and Drop Off Each Day from Designated Hotel.
